Choosing the idyllic Mediterranean island of Gozo as the main location and backdrop for this incentive trip, created the right mind side for the perfect incentive trip.

Upon arrival at Malta International Airport, the group was transferred directly to St. Paul’s Bay, where 7 beautiful sailing boats were waiting for the group for a fun sailing activity, ending directly on the island of Gozo.  In the evening, the group was accompanied to Marsalforn, Gozo’s fishing Village. On the terrace of Il-Kartell Restaurant, the group was served a 3-course dinner based on zero-mileage produce.

The next day, the group departed directly from the hotel with jeeps for an adrenaline driven team building activity consisting of Cycling, Jet Skis, Location Quest at the Citadel, Kayaks and Sailing Boats. The ultimate location as a gullet, which was waiting for the group outside the Inland Sea in Dwejra. Once everyone was on board, we sailed towards the island of Comino, where we served a buffet lunch to the group accompanied by an open bar. Needless to say, the group was thrilled to swim and snorkel in the crystal clear waters of the Blue Lagoon – a must for sea enthusiasts, as the vast majority of this group turned out to be!

The Gala Dinner was a life time experience on the ‘mysterious location’ of the Salt Pans in Qbajjar.

In the evening the group was taken to Qbajjar, where a grand set up and gala dinner was awaiting them. The designated area was set up in Bedouin Lounge style with scattered cushions, puffs and low tables.  Ambience lighting reflecting over the salt pans and over 300 candles were spread and lit to create a magical atmosphere.

After champagne, canapés and antipasti, the air quickly filled with aroma of grilled food coming from the barbecue and soon after the main course was served.  Following dessert and more champagne, a DJ took over and an after-dinner party immediately commenced.  By midnight, the open bar and dancing were at full swing and the group was clearly having a blast. Shuttle transfers were organisedbetween the Salt pans and the hotel.

Following a frantic long day, the group deserved to enjoy a lazy morning. After breakfast, it was time to check out, and make their way back to the airport. Although the group’s stay was brief, the intensive programme and various activities the group enjoyed will definitely leave Malta and especially charming Gozo vivid in their memory!
