Eager to experience Malta from a different prespective and engage directly in authentic Maltese Cuisine

Upon their arrival the group was eager to start their first activity in Malta – a Maltese cooking competition in a 16th century windmill built by the Knights of Malta. The group was split into 4 teams, each with their own kitchenette and a Maltese recipe they had to create from the ingredients provided and fround on their table. Teams put their heads together and produced suprisingly delicious dishes, supervised by the Chef Patron, learning on Maltese Cuisine in the process.  The food was tasted and the winning group was chosen. After the activity the group sat together and had lunch some of which dishes they had prepared.

Exploring Gozo, delicious dinner and a night-away party at a 5-Star Hotel, ending with a visit to Marsaxlokk

During their stay in Malta, they visited our rural sister island, Gozo.  While in Gozo, they explored the island by Jeeps and had the opportunity to have a scuba diving exprience, followed by an exquisite lunch on exclusive Salt Pans. Gozo has been awarded as the second best destination in the world for scuba diving due to its very clear waters, so it was a truly a memorable experience. On their way back to Malta with speedboats, the group bathed in the crystal waters of Blue Lagoon in Comino. In the evening, they had dinner at the hotel and an after party at Club 22, which is one of the most prestigious venues on the island – where a VIP area was exclusively booked for them.

On their last day the group visited the Capital city, Valletta, and then had a fish lunch in a typical tavern at Marsaxlokk. Right after lunch, we departed for the airport taking with them fond memories of sunny Malta.
