“Elephants flying” and “Wow us to the moon and back” were the key words of this brief to exceed the high-quality bar that has been set up in the previous years.

On the first night of this February Conference, 90 persons dined at the Chophouse, a renowned meat restaurant overlooking the city of Valletta whilst the remaining 200pax dined at the Gululu restaurant where they were served a 3 course Maltese gastronomical? menu.

A Sophisticated and surprising Gala dinner was designed on the message that the client wanted to deliver to the participants “Accelerate2020”.

On the evening of the second and third night, guests were invited for magical gala dinner at the Xara lodge, situated in the limits of Rabat. Client wanted to transform the venue completely, being it February in the evening it can be quite chilly so dining outside would not be an option. With this in mind, we created a dinner ‘under the stars’, wrapping the venue in completely white drapes, ambiance lightings and company branding. A three course gala dinner menu was served to the clients and awards were given out between courses, produced by a local glass blowing company. At the end of the dinner, our DJ launched the after party till very late in the morning.

For both these events we had a photobooth with a greenscreen where photos were printed the company branding to take with them back home as a memory of this unique event.
