The authentic experience at the Hilton Malta, was kicked off with a Bedouin dinner on the sandy beach of the hotel.

The delegation, consisting of 80 people arrived on different flights from Eastern and southern Europe over a span of two days. Once all the attendees and their partners got to Malta and checked-in, the event kicked off with an open-bar and canapes on the sandy beach of the Hilton Hotel. The Bedouin style layout was the ideal setting for their exquisite for an ice-breaking dinner.

The seminar commenced the following day, ending with a special dinner at the De Vilhena Palace situated in the old capital of Malta ; Mdina. This Palace offers a unique setting since it is the only example of French Baroque on the Maltese islands. Although the internal courtyard is open air, it gives the sense of a closed theatre due to the balconies encircling the space all around. A talented guitarist entertained the guests throughout the entire dinner.

Another highlight of the experience was a visit to the authentic island of Gozo.

Arriving in Gozo by ferry, the group found self-drive jeeps; to discover the hidden treasures, Gozo has to offer. A unique setting, on a sandy beach, privatized for the group was prepared for a BBQ lunch for the entire group. They returned to Malta by speedboats, with a swim stop at the Blue Lagoon.

In the evening, a gullet accompanied the whole group to Valletta.  Departing directly from the hotel’s pontoon, an aperitif and a selection of canapes were served during the 45-minute cruise.  Upon arrival at the Valletta Harbour, ‘Karrozzini’ (Horse drawn carriages)were waiting for them to escort them to the Lower Barrakka Gardens which was privatized for the group. This significant venue was decorated and set-up with ambience lightning to make the best of the breath-taking view of the Grand Harbour. After the meal, the group was taken to a night club to dance and bring this short yet jam-packed filled seminar in Malta to a very successful end.
