The delegation, consisting of 80 people arrived on different flights from Eastern and southern Europe over a span of two days. Once all the attendees and their partners got to Malta and checked-in, the event kicked off with an open-bar and canapes on the sandy beach of the Hilton Hotel. The Bedouin style layout was the ideal setting for their exquisite for an ice-breaking dinner.
The seminar commenced the following day, ending with a special dinner at the De Vilhena Palace situated in the old capital of Malta ; Mdina. This Palace offers a unique setting since it is the only example of French Baroque on the Maltese islands. Although the internal courtyard is open air, it gives the sense of a closed theatre due to the balconies encircling the space all around. A talented guitarist entertained the guests throughout the entire dinner.
