The Maltese Islands have been awarded ‘Best Overseas Destination For Groups’ by the readers of Group Travel Organiser magazine.
The glittering ceremony took place in London during a gala evening at the Park Plaza Riverbank Hotel.
Malta beat off finalists Germany, Amsterdam, Austria, Belgium, Jersey and Lake Garda to win the award.
Over 400 key industry players came together for the event celebrating excellence in the supply of services to group travel organisers in more than 20 categories.
