One of the keys to success of this event was the quality of the audio visual setting that we have been enstrusted to built for this conference, by our client. Considering the size of the event and the size limitation of the hotel’s main meeting room, we needed to find a solution to contain everyone in the plenary with a good visibility of the presentation… and that’s where our 14 metre long screen came handy. Together with that we set-up 4 solution centres in the hotel lobby so during coffee breaks, sponsors could portray their product to the delegates.

The conference was not the only event the group was looking forward to... We had also planned two special, unique evenings for the group. We were ready to blow their mind.
On the first evening, the group made their way on foot to the centre of the Capital city of Valletta, with a stop at the Saluting Battery at the Upper Barrakka Gardens for an aperitif. The group was then escorted by our licensed guides to the historical building of Casino Maltese, built by the Knights of Malta in the 17th century to serve as their Treasury. Spread over the two biggest halls of the first floor, we have set-up a Casino for the clients, where clients could challenge their colleagues for a fun game of poker or black jack, whilst different live cooking stations were displaying mouth watering food. The evening was wrapped by an after dinner party in a club in St. Julians which was privatised for the group.
The following day, the Gala dinner at the MCC was another memorable night. The streets leading to the Sacra Infermeria were decorated with fire torchers and branded flags, and animators in medieval constumes entertaining the group whilst being served the aperitif. Afterwards the clients were escorted to La Valette Hall, where 3 big entertainment acts took place during dishes, finishing with
a DJ for the afterparty with a regular shuttle service back to the hotel for clients with early departure flights.
